Sales Manager - Remote Opportunity
Are you passionate about driving sales growth and building strong relationships? We're looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee a multi-state territory, implement impactful sales strategies, and make meaningful connections with clients and partners.
In this role, you'll work in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment while traveling up to 50% of the time across key states, including Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Strategy:
Set annual sales objectives, develop regional and territory-specific plans, and forecast sales performance.
Identify emerging market opportunities and craft tailored action plans to capture them.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor sales trends and analyze results to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and share customer insights (Voice of Customer) with leadership.
Relationship Building & Customer Engagement:
Meet with customers regularly to understand their evolving needs and ensure excellent service.
Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients and partners.
Program Development:
Create and execute new sales initiatives and strategies to engage key demographics.
Collaborate with distribution partners to enhance sales efforts and achieve mutual goals.
Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in your territory.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing professional and technical expertise.
Team Contribution:
Contribute to a high-performing team environment, supporting colleagues and achieving collective results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account executive roles.
Marketing experience, including digital and social media expertise.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the car wash industry or similar sectors.
Previous work with C-suite executives.
Sales experience within a marketing agency environment.
