What's in it for You?

• Pay: $44,000 - $55,000 Annually
• Direct Hire: No contract required! Hired directly by client
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision after 90 days
• PTO:  Flexible PTO plan with 2 weeks

Daily Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable (A/R): Create and send accurate invoices, post payments, and maintain aging reports.
• Accounts Payable (A/P): Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, route for approval, code appropriately, and ensure timely payments.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis to support business decisions.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Credit Card Expenses: Record and track credit card expenses, ensuring accuracy, and assist with reporting.
• Month-End Closing: Support month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.

Experience Must-Haves:

• QuickBooks Proficiency: Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or alternatively Quickbooks Desktop version.
• Accounting Expertise: Experience with invoicing, A/P, A/R, and reconciling accounts.
• Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Problem Solver: Ability to investigate and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced, small business environment with evolving priorities.

Additional Keys to Success:

• Tech Savvy: Knowledge and adaptability of working with various accounting and ticketing software, such as QuickBooks. AirTable experience a plus but not required.
• Education: Accounting degree a plus but not required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
