Our client is hiring an Administrative Assistant. This company is seeking an experienced individual who has worked within Construction for at least 2 years.

• TYPE: Contract-To-Hire
• LOCATION: 100% onsite in Santa Clara
• PAY: $28-32 per hour
• SCHEDULE: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The ideal candidate has experience with contracts/pre-leins within the construction industry!

Responsibilities

• Prepare, track, and send pre-liens to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with lien laws and deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Manage communication with subcontractors, schedule meetings, and track paperwork.
• Process subcontractor invoices and assist in the approval process.
• Assist in purchasing office supplies, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Answer phone calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, or take accurate messages.
• Greet visitors and clients, provide excellent customer service, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and professional.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.
