  • Leads: We have leads. Every agent receives at least 180 new leads per month. Every lead is a renter that has registered on our website.

  • Support: Our support staff handles everything including invoicing, collections, moves, rebates, tech support, IT, HR, advertising / marketing, and more. Need help? We have a person for that.

  • Technology is Our Thing: We employ an in-house team of coders that are building the sickest apartment locating system on planet earth. Our proprietary tools help you easily manage a pipeline of thousands of customers. Apartment Locating; Welcome to 2018.

  • Personal Agent Websites: We build a personal website for every agent. Use your website to generate leads and let clients search listings (here’s an example:

  • Referral Program: Increase your pipeline using our automated client referral program. Every client receives thank you letters, emails and business cards without you lifting a finger. #ThatWasEasy

  • BYOB (Bring Your Own Business): Honestly, we don’t really need your leads - So we reward you with a 70% commission split on all Self-Generated leases. Want to sell houses? That’s cool too. While most of our agents focus exclusively on their “9 to 5” Office Agent role, we provide the flexibility to pursue all real estate endeavors.

  • Realtor® Designation Optional: Want to be a Realtor? We’re setup for that. Would you rather avoid the Realtor fees? That’s fine too. Realtor designation is optional for our agents.

Income Expectations:

  • Income Potential: Starting out is hard and new agents make less. To support new agents as they ramp up we provide a minimum guaranteed base plus standing monthly and quarterly bonuses. The base is guaranteed; not a draw or advance. Agents meeting expectations receive raises monthly for the first four (4) months and quarterly thereafter.

Requirements

Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) license required (active or inactive)

Proven sales experience required

Apartment Locating or on-site property management experience preferred

Inside Sales experience (sales via phone, email and text) preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hustle required - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Full Time: 37 to 40 per week minimum

Relevant Job History: If you have job experience in any of the following fields you may be the perfect fit for this position - Real Estate Agent, Realtor, Apartment Locating Specialist, Apartment Locator, Apartment Leasing Agent, Leasing Specialist, Multifamily, Inside Sales, Sales Associate, and other related fields.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast paced inside sales environment from our corporate office in Las Colinas, Irving, Texas for the first 90 to 120 days. After that, you are eligible to work a Hybrid Schedule.
  • Help renters find apartments that match their rental preferences
  • Work 180+ new leads per month (we provide the leads)
  • Maintain your database of prospects (past, present and future) using our software
  • Assist renters, close leases and achieve quarterly sales quotas
  • Inside Sales - 100+ calls per day. Frequent follow up via phone, email and text message
