TITLE: Assistant Office Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:
Will provide on-site administrative support. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and supporting various departments, including finance, HR, and program management. The Office Assistant will work closely with the staff and management team to facilitate essential office tasks and maintain an organized and productive workspace.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Maintains close, daily contact with Office Administrator to receive/provide information, discuss issues, understand priorities for day / week; VP of Operations to understand current / forecasted needs, support needs and any issues or circumstances to be aware of within the Club, staff or members
External: Maintains contact with members, families, donors, vendors and on behalf ofExecutive Director, VP of Operations or Office Administrator

Working Conditions:
This is an on-site position, and the Office Assistant will work at the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County's office located at 1710 E Tom Green St, in Brenham, Texas. Computer and all necessary equipment is provided. Training will be provided for all programs, protocols and procedures currently used with the organization. The position is part-time, requiring 25 hours per week, with some flexibility in hours.
