Job Description

Associate Director - Content Marketing & SEO
Location: Remote (United States or Global Locations with Established Work Authorization)

Are you a seasoned strategist and relationship-builder with a passion for Content Marketing and SEO? We're looking for an Associate Director to lead, inspire, and deliver exceptional results for a growing portfolio of B2B tech and SaaS clients. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team and play a pivotal role in shaping innovative digital marketing strategies.

About Us

We're a performance marketing agency specializing in B2B tech and SaaS industries. Our unique Customer Generation methodology focuses on delivering measurable outcomes—think SQLs and customers instead of outdated MQLs. By integrating services like Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Revenue Operations, we empower clients to consistently achieve their marketing goals.

What You'll Do

1. Lead Client Success

Establish clear goals for client engagements and ensure Strategists are aligned with achieving them.
Analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo), and SEO tools to track progress and optimize strategies.

2. Champion Best Practices

Oversee financial modeling to forecast the ROI of clients' investments.
Drive innovative SEO tactics like maximizing share of SERP and leveraging programmatic SEO.
Guide content production to create engaging, impactful content that drives results.

3. Innovate & Experiment

Explore emerging technologies such as generative AI to enhance SEO strategies.
Test new content formats, search environments, and distribution channels to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Break Down Barriers

Support Strategists in navigating roadblocks and securing approvals for successful campaigns.
Maintain an action-oriented approach to overcoming challenges in client relationships and strategy execution.

5. Be a Leader, Not a Manager

Build a structure and cadence for team success through proactive communication and clear expectations.
Foster a culture of accountability and empowerment within your team.

6. Deliver Executive-Level Impact

Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and marketing leadership, presenting strategies, insights, and outcomes with confidence.
Build lasting relationships by showcasing your expertise and the measurable value of your efforts.

What You Bring

Proven expertise in content marketing, SEO, and campaign strategies, including forecasting, keyword research, on-page optimization, and AIO best practices.
Analytical prowess with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
Outstanding communication skills with experience managing relationships at the executive level.
Familiarity with tools like SEMRush, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Demonstrated ability to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-sell services in an agency environment.
A collaborative spirit with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous innovation.

Bonus Points:

Previous experience with B2B tech/SaaS clients.
A portfolio showcasing organic strategies that have driven measurable results.

What We Offer

Compensation: Competitive salary and annual bonuses based on tenure.
Health & Wellness: Employer-paid health insurance options, access to certified therapists, and membership to wellness apps like Headspace.
Work-Life Balance: Unlimited PTO (minimum of 2 weeks), paid holidays, a year-end recharge (December 24 - January 1), and your birthday off.
Retirement: Traditional and Roth 401(k) with a 3% company match.
Perks: Annual anniversary trips, remote-first flexibility, and state-of-the-art offices for those who prefer in-office collaboration.

Work Environment

This role is remote-friendly, with optional access to our office in Irvine, California. You'll collaborate through tools like Zoom and Slack and should have reliable internet access and a professional workspace.

Our Commitment to Diversity

We believe in putting People First. We are dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable environment. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, regardless of race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

If you're ready to lead, innovate, and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you! Apply today and join a team that values growth, creativity, and meaningful results.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 62,000.00 184,000.00 Per Year
