What You'll Be Doing: Are you an innovative graphic designer with a passion for brand strategy, digital marketing, and audience engagement? Evolent is seeking an Associate Director of Design and Digital to join its Marketing team to bring our brand to life through visually stunning design and digital marketing campaigns that inform and engage our audiences. This position is responsible for brand, the creative and design function, and digital marketing platforms and campaigns. This role requires a dynamic self-starter with a strong understanding of brand, design, and digital marketing and the ability to leverage insights to enhance performance and engagement. Position details: Deliver high quality work from concept to production. Projects include but are not limited to brochures, research reports, event branding, social media campaigns, ads, infographics, website graphics, signage, promotional items and more. Serve as the brand expert and steward of brand values and standards. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to develop engaging, relevant, and high-converting content for social media and other platforms. Coordinate with external design freelancers to assist during times of high demand as well as other creative service vendors (video, photography, illustration, web), when needed, providing art and design direction to ensure high-quality, on-brand results Maintain an internal brand resource hub for company employees that includes brand guidelines as well as corporate templates and asset libraries such as logo files, headshots and icons. Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies. Manage digital campaigns and monitor their effectiveness. Manage front-end website edits and optimizations for evolent.com. Design and execute social media strategies on LinkedIn to increase engagement and grow followers. Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Implement A/B testing, user experience improvements, and optimization strategies to enhance website and email performance. Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve the digital marketing efforts. Required Skills/Qualifications: Degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline 8+ years of experience in the field, experience in the health care industry a plus Strong portfolio of digital and print work Passion for brand strategy, innovative design, and user experience Strong design principles and values while collaborating with internal partners and absorbing feedback Time management skills to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines Self-starter that takes projects head on from inception to delivery, asking questions when needed and always keeping an eye on brand strategy and alignment. Skilled in project management with the ability to accomplish a high volume of requests from concept to completion. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Familiarity with Drupal, HTML, and CSS is preferred. Certifications in Google Analytics preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and make data-driven decisions. Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and conversion optimization. Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Pardot is preferred. Technical Requirements: We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $105,000-$110,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors.
