What You'll Do
As the Associate Director of Paid Media, you'll:
Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement paid media campaigns across platforms, including Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and LinkedIn, for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
Optimize Performance: Analyze campaign data (e.g., ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR) and adjust strategies to exceed performance goals.
Lead the Team: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and holding regular 1:1s to support their growth.
Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing new techniques and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate: Partner with creative teams to ensure high-performing assets align with campaign objectives.
Communicate: Build strong client relationships by delivering performance insights, addressing concerns, and showcasing results.
What You Bring
Experience: 6+ years of hands-on paid media campaign management across multiple platforms, including strategic leadership.
Leadership: 18+ months of experience managing direct reports with a focus on mentorship and development.
Proven Results: Track record of managing monthly budgets of $200K-$1M and achieving measurable business outcomes.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in platforms like Google Analytics and Tag Manager, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize.
Certifications: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
