We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Azure Architect to join our growing team. As an Azure Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure and solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will be a key technical leader, providing guidance and expertise to development teams and stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure services, best practices, and architectural patterns, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on Azure, aligning with business requirements and best practices.
Develop and maintain Azure architecture blueprints, standards, and best practices.
Lead the migration of on-premises infrastructure and applications to Azure.
Optimize Azure costs and performance through efficient resource utilization and architecture design.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are designed and deployed optimally on Azure.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Azure services and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.
Research and evaluate new Azure services and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure updates, features, and security best practices.
Participate in architecture reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Document and maintain Azure infrastructure and configuration.
Contribute to the development of cloud governance policies and procedures.
Work closely with security teams to ensure Azure solutions meet security requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in designing, implementing, and managing Azure solutions.
Deep understanding of Azure core services, including compute , storage, networking, security, and databases.
Experience with Azure Regions and Zones.
Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Azure CLI, and PowerShell.
Strong knowledge of Azure architectural patterns and best practices.
Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, CI/CD).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
