Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients by creating customized insurance solutions for auto, property, and life coverage.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, networking, and client referrals.
Develop insurance quotes, deliver presentations, and close sales.
Primarily communicate with clients via phone calls, but enjoy flexibility with email, text, video calls, and in-person meetings.
Network with potential business partners such as realtors, lenders, and car dealerships, and expand your professional network via social media.

What We're Looking For:

For remote work eligibility, a minimum of 1 year of successful insurance sales experience with a captive company (e.g., Allstate or similar).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Active Property & Casualty license in Texas. A Life & Health license will be required in the future to offer life insurance products.
Availability for 1 week of in-person training at our agency in Edinburg, Texas.
A positive, coachable attitude and a self-driven personality.
