Title: Business Analyst Intern
Location: College Park, Maryland (across the street from campus)

Position Overview: As a Business Analyst Intern at Rackner, you will work closely with our experienced team to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to support key decision-making processes. You will have the chance to engage in various projects, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the growth and development of the organization, primarily centered around federal contracts. We intend to hire many interns with similar responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the development of business processes and workflow improvements.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- 10 hours/week during the school year, 40 hours/week in the summer, >51% of the time will be in office
Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to prove HUBZone occupancy in the current year* within the first week of employment using one of the following methods
- Lease covering March 26-September 23
- Drivers License acquired before March 26
- Voter Registration Card acquired before March 26
