Job Description
We are seeking passionate, part-time pediatric clinical therapists to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children (ages 0-14) and their families. As a part of a dynamic and innovative team, you'll play a vital role in transforming the accessibility and delivery of mental health services. Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children, parents, and families using a trusted virtual platform.
Provide therapy using methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP).
Complete clinical documentation for each patient, including intake notes, progress updates, and treatment plans.
Engage in weekly case reviews and collaborate with managers to ensure quality care.
About You
Master's level therapist with independent licensure in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
At least 1 year of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families, with proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating common mental health concerns.
Comfortable using technology and eager to incorporate digital solutions into clinical practice.
Enthusiastic about making a positive impact on children's mental health and open to the challenges of an evolving startup environment.
Schedule
Flexibility to work 10-20 hours per week, with availability during both day and evening hours.
Participation in clinical consultation meetings is encouraged (but not mandatory).
Compensation for all hours worked, including meeting times.
