Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Accounting Controller to lead our accounting department. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and management, with a specific focus on the construction industry. As our Accounting Controller, you will play a key role in shaping the financial future of our company by ensuring accurate financial statements, developing internal controls, and supporting our growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance
• 5 years of accounting experience in commercial construction
• Skilled in accural accounting
• Knowledge and experience with GAAP Process
• Experience with Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Enterprise and Construction CRM's such as Procore
• Experience leading successful audits throughout the year
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
