Position Overview: 
 
Tronex is seeking a skilled Corporate Communication Manager to create clear, concise, and engaging content that supports the development of executive communications, company newsletters, and other corporate materials. In addition to writing communications, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to philanthropic initiatives and conduct research for various strategic projects .
 
The ideal candidate will be a diligent, trustworthy professional with a strong understanding of strategic communication and the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop strong written communication skills while engaging in meaningful projects within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop internal and external communications to keep staff and stakeholders informed and aligned with organizational goals, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and brand consistency.
  • Contribute to philanthropic initiatives by building and maintaining relationships with nonprofit partners, ensuring alignment with company values and social impact goals.
  • Support various projects by preparing key documents for meetings and executive engagements, conducting research for content creation, managing project progress, and organizing materials for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support, including coordinating executive meetings, events, and travel arrangements, as well as handling communications on behalf of executive.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional writing experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Business Development, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Photos).
Location:
This position is full-time and on-site at our headquarters in Mount Olive, NJ.
