About the Role
Are you passionate about building relationships and crafting compelling marketing communications? We're looking for a Corporate Relations Marketing & Communications Coordinator to play a key role in supporting corporate partnerships through marketing, sponsorship coordination, and strategic communications. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
What You'll Do
Corporate Partner Communications
Assist in drafting and distributing engaging communications for corporate partners, including sponsorship updates, newsletters, and event information.
Work with marketing and design teams to develop co-branded promotional materials.
Maintain regular contact with sponsors to keep them informed about opportunities and key initiatives.
Marketing & Brand Support
Help develop marketing materials for corporate partnerships and sponsorships, including digital content, brochures, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance corporate engagement through email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
Ensure all materials align with brand messaging and maintain a consistent tone and style.
Sponsorship Coordination
Support the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
Assist with on-site sponsor activities at events, coordinating logistics and providing hands-on support.
Serve as a primary contact for sponsors during events, addressing any needs or concerns.
Database Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate partners and sponsorship activities in the database.
Generate reports on sponsor engagement and marketing performance for internal teams.
Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of corporate relations initiatives.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with corporate relations, marketing, education, and events teams to ensure a seamless communication strategy.
Gather input from multiple teams to develop cohesive and effective messaging.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, communications, or partnership coordination, ideally in healthcare, education, or nonprofit sectors.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, professional content.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Collaboration: A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and building relationships with corporate partners.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in marketing tools, content management systems, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
Flexibility: Willingness to support corporate events, with occasional travel or on-site presence required during major events.
