Job Summary: The Customer Service Coordinator works in the Group Department, customizing group promotional flyers, servicing incoming calls and emails from clients. This role would require booking and handling customer reservations and payments. Strong customer service and computer skills required and travel industry experience preferred. No GDS experience needed. The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment with good customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
