Location: Based in Columbiana, OH

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers with winter driving skills for our dedicated 10-12 day lanes. Haul propane tanks, caps, and steel plates across key routes, ensuring timely and secure delivery. Enjoy competitive pay, bonuses, and a schedule designed for work-life balance.

Key Details:

Lanes:
Columbiana, OH → West Jordan, UT
Re-load in West Jordan heading east.
Deliver to Fremont, OH, with potential for local deliveries if time permits.
Return to Columbiana, OH, for another 10-12 day run.

Miles: 2,000–2,500 per week with 2.5 average stops weekly.

Schedule:
10-12 day routes (e.g., leave Monday, return between Wednesday-Friday the following week).
Optional back-to-back dispatch.
34-hour reset at home every other week.

Freight: New propane tanks, caps, and flat steel plates (tarping required).

Compensation & Benefits:

Mileage Pay: $0.75 per mile.
Hourly Pay: $18/hour.
Average Weekly Pay: $1,825-$2,015.
Annual Pay: $95,000-$105,000 (depending on willingness to run).
Bonuses:
Sign-on Bonus: $500 (paid in full on second paycheck).
Referral Bonus: $3,000 ($1,000 at second paycheck, 60 days, and 120 days).
Long-haul Bonus: $325 per trip to Utah.
Accessorial Pay:
Stop Pay: $50/stop
Delay Pay: $25/hour
Tarping Pay: $25

Equipment:

2020-2023 Freightliner and Kenworth trucks (automatic).
Step deck flatbed trailers.

Perks:

Passengers and pets allowed per company policy.
Onboard safety and securement equipment.

Requirements:

12 months of flatbed experience with winter driving expertise.
Safety gear (steel-toe boots, hard hat, gloves, safety vest, ear plugs).
Driver assist unload and securement verification required.
