Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst

Location: Easton, PA 18042

Duration: 6+ Months (with potential extension)

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to join our Level-2 support team. The successful candidate will have expertise in both MAC and PC environments, with hands-on experience in SCCM, JAMF, Office365, and Adobe applications. Additional responsibilities include inventory management and supporting AI integrations with office tools. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced IT environment.

This position reports to the US Service Desk Associate Director .

• Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing and resolving user issues.
• Communicate effectively to understand and troubleshoot problems, escalating when necessary.

• Provide comprehensive desktop support for MAC and PC systems, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and corporate email.
• Administer and troubleshoot Office365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Support Adobe Creative Cloud applications, ensuring proper functionality and accessibility.

• Deploy and manage software using SCCM and JAMF, ensuring smooth installations and updates.
• Oversee hardware and software asset inventory management using ITAM tools, PowerBI, SCCM, and JAMF.
• Coordinate desktop refresh initiatives and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Provide support for AI tools integrated with office products to enhance user productivity.

• Maintain thorough documentation of technical procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Achieve and maintain SLA targets for incidents (93%) and service requests (84%).

• Lead IT projects as directed by the Regional Manager.
• Configure and troubleshoot email clients, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Deploy and support Android and iPhone devices for end-users.
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure AD and On-Prem AD environments.
• Address issues related to antivirus/malware protection and login scripts.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT experience in a large, complex organization.

• Proficiency in MAC and PC environments, SCCM, JAMF, Office365, and Adobe applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams and cultural backgrounds.
• Proven ability to adapt to rapid change while delivering strategic initiatives.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
