  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure that all program areas and workstations are kept clean, safe, and orderly.
  • Accurate Data Collection: Record essential program data on a daily basis to track progress and outcomes.
  • Foster Positive Relationships: Communicate effectively with staff, participants, families, and case managers to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in the program’s success.
  • Provide Assistance with Personal Care: Offer support to participants as needed with eating, mobility, and personal care tasks.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with staff, other agencies, and family members to provide seamless services and support.
  • Safety First: Supervise participants throughout the day, ensuring their well-being and safety in all activities.

  • Team-Oriented: Able to work cooperatively with staff, participants, and families in a supportive and respectful environment.
  • Dependable: Punctual and committed to working your scheduled shifts, and willing to follow through on tasks and requests.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to challenges that may arise.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to maintain clear and respectful communication with others.
  • Empathetic and Supportive: Able to provide positive interactions, promote confidence, and encourage the growth of participants in all settings.
  • Adaptable: Willing to work across a variety of tasks, including assisting with transportation (bus routes) and performing general program duties.
What You’ll Need:
