Job Description

Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services is located in the city of Parma, OH. We are looking for Direct Care Aides to join our strong team of professionals.

Position Needed:

Part Time 1st shifts

Part time 2nd shifts

Part time and Full-time 3rd shifts

Join our rewarding team for:

• Providing Assistance to clients in day-to-day activities
• Ensuring clients receive their proper medication and dosage
• Going out into the community, shopping trips, dining out and may include transporting to doctor appointments
• Providing personal care
• Communicating with leadership and medical professionals about clients health or issues
• Preparing and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs
• Completing electronic documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalency
• Valid Driver's License
• Auto Insurance and reliable transportation
• Experience working as a direct care aide or similar field but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to client needs
• High attention to detail and care
• CPR first aid, medication administration (paid trainings)
