Job Type: Full-Time; Friday-Monday 11AM-8:30PM
Pay: Competitive hourly wage, starting at $21-22 per hour + $1,000 hiring bonus, with opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do: - Provide direct assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and household responsibilities.
- Support individuals in pursuing personal goals and actively participating in community activities.
- Administer medications (training provided) and accurately document health and behavioral updates.
- Create and maintain a safe, respectful environment at home and in the community.
- Collaborate with team members, families, and external providers to deliver individualized, person-centered care.
- Engage in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
What We’re Looking For: - High school diploma or GED (required).
- Prior experience in caregiving or social services is a bonus but not necessary – comprehensive training is provided!
- Individuals who are compassionate, patient, and committed to advocating for people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and the ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Successful completion of a national background check.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform associated tasks.
