Job Description

Currently partnered with a global biotechnology company that is looking to grow their corporate communications team. The Director of Corporate Communications will be involved in strategizing and executing communications plans centered around the clinical trial product pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and executive comprehensive public relations and corporate communications plans that are aligned with the broader business unit, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Manage executive communications, including talking points, presentations, and internal communications. Prepare spokespeople for media interviews and other engagements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including commercial, patient advocacy, human resources, medical affairs, and regulatory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry partners, and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee crisis communication plans and manage media inquiries.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in public relations and corporate communications.
• Proven experience working in-house within a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of the oncology sector and clinical trials.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Expertise in product communications; familiarity with FDA regulations and guidelines governing communications.
