In this role, you'll be the magic behind the scenes:

Concept Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with our sales and production teams to brainstorm winning proposals that wow clients.
Event Architect: Design unique experiences that align with client goals and budgets, making their event dreams a reality.
Pricing Pro: Develop detailed quotes and cost breakdowns to ensure smooth planning from start to finish.
Supplier Sleuth: Find the perfect vendors and partners to bring your event visions to life.
Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to create incredible experiences.
We're looking for someone who:

Has a college degree (or relevant experience) and 2+ years rocking the event industry (experience with DMCs, hospitality, etc. is a plus).
Is a communication whiz with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Can juggle multiple tasks like a champ, while keeping a keen eye for detail.
Thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a positive attitude.
Has a knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
Knows the San Francisco Bay Area vendor scene (or is eager to learn!).
Is a tech wiz comfortable using design and spreadsheet programs.
Can occasionally work evenings and weekends when events demand it.
Bonus points if you have:

Experience sourcing unique event venues.
