Job Description

Nexmos Design is seeking an Events Assistant to join our vibrant team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of events that align with our creative vision and client needs. From logistics to guest engagement, your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the success of each event.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare event materials such as schedules, invitations, and client reports.
  • Oversee on-site event setup, guest registration, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during events.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in drafting reports for improvements.
