We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of events. You will work closely with event managers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, timelines, and vendor management
• Support event managers in executing event setups, registration, and attendee services
• Prepare event materials, such as signage, promotional materials, and giveaways
• Handle event-related correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
• Monitor event progress to ensure everything runs on time and according to plan
• Provide on-site support during events, managing guest requests and troubleshooting issues
• Assist with post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and organizing debrief sessions
