Job Description

An award-winning personal injury law firm is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury and/or general litigation and a strong commitment to client representation.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in personal injury or general litigation preferred
Proficiency in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
Must have some trial experience
Capability to manage multiple cases from intake to completion
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong academic background from an ABA-approved law school preferred
Team player with the ability to thrive in a collegial office environment
Licensed in Illinois and in good standing
