Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex family law cases and provide mentorship to junior attorneys. This hybrid position offers flexibility, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients navigating family legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.

Strategically oversee cases from start to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.

Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials throughout the Central Florida area.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.

Mentor and guide junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering their professional development.

Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategic approaches for achieving favorable client outcomes.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active and in-good-standing admission to the Florida Bar.

Experience in family law litigation.

Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.

Empathy and compassion for clients facing challenging legal situations.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.

Leadership experience is a plus.
