WE ARE SEEKING A FULL-TIME DAYCARE CENTER DIRECTOR

Intersection of Price Street and Germantown Avenue Salary: $22 to $25 per hour If you're a motivated professional with excellent leadership skills, this is the perfect position for you! We are a STAR 4 rated high-quality daycare with loving, vibrant students and we participate in the PHLpreK program. We are actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of daycare center director who are experienced, creative and knowledgeable with strong communication skills. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field
• Must be knowledgeable about the PHLpreK program
• Must have at least 2 years of experience managing people
• Experience in creating and managing rigorous, age-appropriate curriculum
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations for childcare
• Knowledge in managing an accredited daycare program
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and the ability to learn other computer programs quickly
• Must have all clearances and a clean driving record
