Job Title

What does a successful Project Manager do at Fiserv?
As a Project Manager at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects from the planning stage through implementation. You will ensure project results meet quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements. You will lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, and manage budgets and progress reporting. Your responsibilities will involve client-facing skills, making you an essential partner in delivering project outcomes that align with Fiserv’s mission of meeting our clients where they are.

What you will do:

• Collect Client requirements, compile necessary information and submit projects.
• Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply, and subcontract management.
• Ensure all project results meet quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Manage budgets and progress reporting effectively. Facilitate Statement of Work client signoff and billing for closing out projects.
• Execute to project goals and business objectives, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of the project.
• Regularly present project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and manage issues to maintain project timelines and goals.
• Validate achievement of project objectives and successfully close out projects.

What you will need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• High school diploma or equivalent and/or equivalent military experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of Fiserv systems and/or transaction processing knowledge.
• Proficiency in using Excel formulas and running SQL queries.
• 2+ years of experience designing and running reports using Access or PowerBI.
• Experience with JIRA & Clarity Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent military experience.

Salary Range:

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
