Job Description

HR Manager - Property Management
Location: Lakewood, NJ (Onsite with Potential Hybrid Flexibility)
Compensation: $120,000+ (Commensurate with Experience)

About the Company:
A reputable real estate company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources for employees working across multiple states. This position plays a critical role in supporting a dynamic, multi-state team while ensuring compliance with union policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage HR operations for remote employees across various properties.
* Ensure compliance with state-specific HR regulations and labor laws across multiple states.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to property management needs.
* Provide guidance on union-related matters and handle union employee relations.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Address employee concerns, manage performance issues, and develop workforce solutions.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of HR management experience , preferably in property management or real estate.
* Strong knowledge of multi-state HR regulations and compliance requirements.
* Experience working with union employee policies and procedures.
* Proven ability to manage and support a workforce of remote employees.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work onsite in Lakewood, NJ , with potential for hybrid flexibility.
