Job Title: HR Specialist

Job Description

The HR Specialist will be responsible for entering and updating employee data in SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring data accuracy, processing HR helpdesk tickets, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and adherence to data security protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update employee data in SuccessFactors Employee Central, including personal details, job information, compensation, and benefits.
  • Monitor and process HR helpdesk tickets related to employee data, ensuring SLA resolution within 48 hours and appropriate documentation.
  • Ensure 100% data accuracy by performing regular audits and cross-verifying entered information with source documents.
  • Prepare mass upload files and perform data validation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information, adhering to data security protocols.

Work Environment

  • Fully onsite
  • 4 month contract
