HR Specialist

Summary:
We are seeking an HR Specialist to manage HR functions, including company policies and employee records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee relations, recruiting, and policy implementation.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment activities.

• Generate HR and headcount reports and manage employee status changes.

• Coordinate training programs in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

• Assist with employee relations, communication, and recognition programs.

• Participate in safety audits, training, and incident investigations.

• Support HR Business Partner with community engagement and corporate initiatives.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS systems (Workday, ATS, ADP, etc.).

• Knowledge of employment law, OSHA regulations, and manufacturing concepts.
  
  
  
  Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
