HR Coordinator Qualifications

3+ years HR generalist experience in the hospitality industry
Experience supporting a large team of 150+ employees
Must have experience with hourly and salary employment in the state of California
Experience with running reports in HRIS (Paylocity, Paycom, ADP, etc.)
Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus!
Must possess the ability to multitask, take accurate notes, excellent time management, ability to prioritize, demonstrate strong and professional communication skills

HR Coordinator Responsibilities

Support day to day initiatives on-site in the HR department
Perform administrative duties, onboarding, document management, performance management, report generation, training, write-ups, digital filing, employee relations
Knowledge of benefits, payroll and general policies
Talent acquisition
