Overview of the Role
Join a renewable energy leader as a Project Management Consultant specializing in wind turbine construction and technical engineering projects. In this impactful role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, from planning through execution, contributing directly to the advancement of sustainable energy infrastructure across the nation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wind turbine construction and technical/engineering projects from conception to completion

• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules using Smartsheet

• Conduct site visits to oversee execution and provide quality assurance

• Interface with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and community officials

• Coordinate critical activities including safety programs, engineering, and contract administration

• Perform technical climbing inspections of wind turbines to validate work quality

• Engage with stakeholders across multiple disciplines to ensure project success

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field

• 3+ years of construction or relevant industry experience

• Ability to become climb-certified and perform wind turbine inspections

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

• Ability to lift 35 lbs.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
