Job Description

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a requirement of CET-6 or TEM-4 or above; good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; knowledge of a minor language (Spanish or Portuguese) is preferred.
2. Willing to travel for business (to countries such as India, Brazil, and Mexico).
3. Possess strong business negotiation and client maintenance skills, with the ability to proactively advance the coordination process and complete the procurement loop. 1. Conduct market research and analysis in the telecommunications field, assisting superiors in setting procurement targets.

1. Develop telecommunications and internet industry resources (SMS and voice), manage supplier relationships (cost reduction), and achieve procurement targets.
2. Assist superiors in building the department's supplier management system, collaborating with the operations department to form a closed loop of demand generation, procurement, promotion, usage, maintenance, and settlement.
3. Collect and feedback industry information and opportunities.
