Description:
MML Alliance seeks reliable and motivated Box Truck Drivers to join our Rental Program . If you don't own your truck but are ready to drive OTR and earn consistent weekly pay, this opportunity is for you. We provide the truck, authority, insurance , and full support to help you succeed on the road.

Compensation and Pay Structure:

• 89% of weekly gross revenue goes to you
• 11% retained by MML Alliance
• Weekly gross potential: $5,000 – $7,000 , based on mileage and time on the road
• Fixed weekly rental fee: $1,700 (Team Drivers: $2,000) – includes:
  • Truck rental
  • Unlimited mileage
  • ELD device and 24/7 support
  • Full maintenance coverage
  • Factoring service

• $50/week for occupational insurance
• $250/week escrow for the first 6 weeks only (refundable after 45 days with a 2-week notice and truck return)

Job Details:

• OTR driving across all 48 states (routes coordinated with your dispatcher)
• No forced dispatch – choose your lanes, drive on your terms
• Average miles: 3,000+ per week
• Home time: Minimum 2 weeks on the road , up to 3 days off
• Fuel card with discounts provided (fuel deducted from gross)
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday
• Safety and fleet support are available 24/7
• The ELD setup included
• Safety bonuses : $200 – $1,000 based on inspections
• Referral bonuses
• Form 1099 – Independent Contractor

Our Fleet:

• 26 ft box trucks
• Mack, Hino, Freightliner
• Model years: 2017 – 2025
• Automatic transmission, well-maintained

Orientation:
Mandatory in-person orientation with our safety team is required before dispatch. Orientation is held Monday–Thursday at 9 a.m. and takes a few hours. Your first load is assigned immediately after completion.

Documents Required Before Orientation:

1. Driver's license (front and back) – all drivers/partners
2. DOT medical card – all drivers/partners

4. Employment history for the last 7 years (explain any gap longer than one month)
