As a Legal Intern, you will work directly with the in-house legal team, gaining hands-on experience drafting legal documents, assisting with litigation-related tasks, and performing data entry to support key legal functions. Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and memos.
● Provide support for litigation, including document review and preparing discovery.
● Conduct legal research on relevant regulatory, employment, or compliance issues.
● Organize, track, and maintain legal records and contract databases.
● Perform data entry and ensure compliance with company policies for document
management.

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with strong legal research and writing skills, including the ability to analyze complex legal issues, draft clear and concise documents, and summarize findings effectively. Attention to detail is critical, as is proficiency in organizing and managing legal records. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. Strong organizational and time-management abilities are essential, as is a proactive, team-oriented attitude suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
Education:
● Current 2L or 3L student in an ABA-accredited law school.
Experience:
● Previous internship or externship experience in a legal or corporate environment is a plus.
Skills:
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
● Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
