Hire Resolve's client is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Managing Director with expertise in Fintech or Crypto to join their innovative team in Cape Town. This leadership role involves overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the organization, with a focus on driving growth and fostering innovation in the evolving financial technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the strategic vision and operational plans to propel the organization's growth in the Fintech or Crypto space.
• Lead and mentor the executive team to achieve business goals and increase market share.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor industry trends to position the company advantageously within the market.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in financial technology.
• Oversee the development of innovative products and services that meet market demands.
• Present updates and strategic plans to the board of directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the Fintech or Crypto industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading organizations through significant growth and change.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving strategic goals.
• Experience in establishing and managing partnerships and alliances.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning within the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
