Job Summary: Anytime Fitness in North Georgia market with multiple locations is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Lead to join our team. This part-time, hourly position will focus on creating, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention. The Marketing Lead will work closely with the franchise owner to develop and execute effective marketing plans that align with the brand and attract new members to our gym. Compensation & Benefits: This is a part-time, hourly position with a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. The Marketing Lead will be paid biweekly and will have the opportunity to earn commission based on performance. In addition, the Marketing Lead will have access to the gym for personal use and discounts on merchandise and services. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Work closely with the franchise owner to create a marketing plan that aligns with the brand and the gym's goals and targets
• Create and manage social media content, including posts, ads, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive membership sales
• Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to build partnerships and promote the gym
• Plan and execute events and promotions to attract new members and engage current ones
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities in the fitness industry
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and strategies to stay ahead of the competition
• Manage marketing budget and ensure all spending is within budget and yields a positive return on investment
• Act as a brand ambassador for Anytime Fitness, promoting the gym in the local community
• Assist with other duties as needed to support overall business goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fitness industry or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Skilled in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions
• Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Bi lingual in spanish is preferred but not required
