What you'll do

Ropeswing Hospitality Group (RSHG), a dynamic collection of restaurants, bars, and experiences, is seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for owning the local, regional, and national marketing portfolio while acting as the Brand Ambassador for RSHG’s diverse concepts.

The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with a flair for storytelling, an eye for design, and a deep understanding of business and marketing strategy. This fast-paced role requires exceptional project management skills, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering impactful campaigns that connect with our community and elevate our brands.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and developing marketing campaigns, conducting research to define target audiences, devising innovative market strategies, managing promotional and social content, and crafting creative copy that reflects the unique identity of each concept.

Compensation : Pay commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Digital Presence & Branding

  • Design and manage engaging websites that reflect the unique identity of each concept within the RSHG ecosystem.
  • Oversee social media management across platforms, crafting innovative, on-brand content and driving engagement.
  • Lead the evolution, definition, and articulation of each brand's platform, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines in all media and marketing touch points.
  • Schedule, organize, and maintain creative content, directing efforts to post and promote engaging material aligned with operational goals.

Content Creation & Advertising

  • Develop and execute impactful advertising campaigns through both digital and traditional media channels.
  • Lead copywriting for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other brand materials.
  • Collaborate with freelance photographers, graphic designers, and creative teams to produce visually compelling assets, including coordinating photography sessions.
  • Research and analyze marketing trends and identify target markets to inform data-driven content strategies.

Community & Media Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners to amplify brand stories and secure coverage.
  • Foster connections through community outreach initiatives that strengthen ties to Bentonville and beyond.
  • Coordinate and manage events, programming, and culinary partnerships that generate revenue and enhance guest experiences.
  • Develop a database of engaged followers for promotions and communication.

Insights & Trends

  • Provide monthly reporting on social media, restaurant events, programming analytics, and guest experience insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics across all platforms to optimize campaigns and inform decision-making.
  • Oversee customer experience measurement and insight to drive continuous improvement in engagement and satisfaction.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Coordinate and execute marketing tactics, including newsletters, styled photo shoots, influencer programs, merchandise creation, and print/digital campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality brand assets, ensuring timely and seamless execution of marketing projects and tasks.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand differentiation through culinary offerings, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Manage creative design services for collateral production using internal and external resources.

All other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Associates degree in Public Relations or another related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Photography and graphic design experience is highly valued
