Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute B2B email marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and engagement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, events, social media, and content creation.
• Manage CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to track and analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
• Create high-quality marketing materials using tools like Mailchimp, Pardot, or Stripo for email campaigns; Eventbrite for events; Figma or Google Slides for design assets; and WordPress for guides and blog articles.
• Organize and host webinars via platforms like Zoom.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support strategic partnerships and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in financial services or FCA-regulated environments.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across all projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven B2B email marketing experience; experience in financial services or FCA-regulated organizations is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads through marketing campaigns and activations.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, Pardot, Stripo, Eventbrite, WordPress, Figma, Google Slides, and Zoom.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Belief in the potential of early-stage businesses to create value.
