Job Description

Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Medical Planner to their Milwaukee team! 

Responsibilities:

• Program/plan healthcare facilities with collaboration of other departments and hospitals administration
  
• Communicate building development/analysis with project team through all phases of project
  
• Work closely with medical personnel to under space needs
  
• Conduct research/analyses of space utilization
  
• Represent firm at client meetings and in client communication
  
• Assist with business development including presentation completion and client interviews
  
• Assist with development/implementation of annual goals/objectives
  
• Mentor/train junior staff
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
  
• 5+ years of healthcare project and medical planning experience for mid to large projects
  
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp
  
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Ability to keep current on new methodologies related to healthcare design, planning, sustainability, LEAN, and evidence-based design principles
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
