What You'll Be Doing:

Handling inbound calls related to insurance servicing questions.
Providing accurate and timely information to borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions.
Researching and documenting call details in various systems.
Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
Multi-tasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center preferred, but administrative experience considered).
Proficiency in using a Windows PC and navigating software systems.
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Reliable transportation for in office training, and hybrid work.
