POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a collaborative, service-driven, and detail-oriented Property Management Office Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally supportive, highly organized, and motivated to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and supplies, coordinating orders and restocking as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and team communications.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure accurate communication regarding housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain organized records and support data entry and reporting needs.
  • Assist with special projects and provide enthusiastic support to various departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
  • Ambitious and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and similar office software.
  • Quick to learn new technology and software systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous experience in office management or administrative roles, especially in vacation rental property management, is a plus.
  • Maintain valid driver license, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • English proficiency
  • Pass all standard pre-employment requirements, background checks, etc.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Range: $20 - $22
