Office Coordinator – Closet Factory San Antonio Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a lot of potential to grow? Closet Factory San Antonio is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team. As the Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting our clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations. This is a full-time, hourly position offering competitive pay and benefits. Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $15 - $18 per hour, paid biweekly

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional support to customers via phone, email, and in person
• Answer questions about products and services, process orders, and handle customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery and installation of products.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments with clients, managing inventory, and updating customer records
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer service processes

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Self-motivated team player who can work both independently and collaboratively
