Job Overview:
We are looking for a versatile Part-Time Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing strategy and elevate our brand. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic professional who understands digital marketing and is excited about collectibles and auctions. You’ll drive brand growth through customer acquisition strategies, loyalty programs, digital marketing, creative design, and user experience improvements, making a direct impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and auction participation.
Customer Acquisition: Implement strategies to attract new customers, including targeted advertising, partnership outreach, and lead generation.
Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
Loyalty Programs: Design and manage loyalty and rewards programs to retain and grow our customer base.
Creative Design & Content: Collaborate on creative ideas and visual assets for online ads, promotional materials, and auction features.
User Experience: Optimize the user journey on our website to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our audience.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to guide future strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition strategies, preferably in eCommerce or collectibles.
Strong digital marketing skills across social media, email, SEO, and lead generation.
Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and experience with CRM/loyalty platforms.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Passion for sports cards and collectibles is a plus!
Schedule:
Approximately 10-15 hours per week, with potential for growth based on business needs.
