Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Picker Packer to join our logistics team. The Picker Packer will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with company standards. This role is essential for ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Picking: Accurately pick products from our inventory based on customer orders, ensuring that the right items and quantities are selected.
- Packing: Carefully pack items into boxes to prevent damage during transit, using appropriate packing materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by reporting discrepancies and restocking items as needed.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare packages for shipment by labeling and preparing necessary shipping documentation.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret order slips and packing lists.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, stretching, and lifting.
