Job Description

Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team

• Ensure that production goals are met while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols
• Train and develop production staff
• Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed
• Work closely with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure that production needs are met
• Develop and maintain production schedules
• Coordinate and prioritize production activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications: - Strong leadership skills

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• A degree or diploma in management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of production techniques and safety protocols
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies

Salary info:

$30 - $35 / hr
