Production Supervisor

As a Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the unit.

Key responsibilities of the Business Unit Leader:

• Operational Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Team Development and Management
  • Build and lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
