WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
The Programmatic Advertising Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of programmatic advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients. This role involves assisting in buying advertising inventory, managing ad budgets under supervision, monitoring campaign performance in real-time, and collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance data. The specialist works closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with marketing goals and deliver optimal results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and target audiences. Assist in developing media buying strategies that align with overall marketing goals and budget constraints.
• Conduct research to identify suitable media channels (e.g., TV, radio, print, digital, social media) for the target audience
• Support negotiations with media vendors and publishers to secure competitive rates and placements for advertisements. Assist in purchasing advertising space across selected media channels, ensuring optimal reach and frequency.
• Collect and organize data on campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Generate regular reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights for optimizing media campaigns. Provide recommendations for future campaigns based on performance analysis.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and publishers. Maintain clear documentation of campaign processes and decisions.
• Perform additional tasks to support the marketing team and organizational objectives.
COMPETENCIES:
• Marketing Tool Management: Utilization of a wide range of relevant marketing enablement tools.
• Sales Cycle Management: The ability to systematically guide prospects through each stage of the sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion, in both B2B and B2C contexts.
• AI Integration and Optimization: The ability to effectively implement, integrate, and optimize artificial intelligence technologies within business processes.
• Ad Copywriting: The ability to craft persuasive, engaging, and targeted messaging that resonates with diverse audiences across both B2B and B2C markets.
• Campaign and Data Management: The ability to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a focus on digital marketing or related field.
• 2 years of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or a related field.
• Experience with programmatic advertising platforms is a plus
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
• Google Ads Certification
• Familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and ad exchanges.
• Knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape and current trends.
• IAB Digital Media Sales Certification.

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
